Solgar's Magnesium Citrate offers a high potency source of the essential mineral magnesium in its highly absorbable citrate form.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide, Vegetable Glycerin.
Solgar's Magnesium Citrate Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products and gluten and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors and colors.
