ALA is an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid which must be obtained in your everyday diet. Flax Lignans are phytonutrients found in unrefined grains, legumes, certain vegetables and seeds. Suggested Use
Shake well before use as natural settling may occur. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1 to 2 times daily.
