For body, mind & balance. This balancing cream was developed in 1978 
as the first of its kind. Packed with 450 mg of USP progesterone per ounce 
(20 mg per 1/4 teaspoon).

Our progesterone comes from the Mexican Wild Yam and is converted to 
pure usp Progesterone (meeting the standards of the United States 
Pharmacopeia for strength, purity and quality).

Suggested use
Use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your health 
care practitioner. Dispense cream into palm of hand and rub onto chest, 
abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for 
more than 3 weeks out of the month.

Other ingredients
Water, tocopheryl acetate, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, carthamus 
tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, glyceryl stearate, glycerin, prunus 
amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, panthenol, cetyl alcohol, 
progesterone, cetearyl alcohol, sodium stearoyl lactylate, 
phenoxyethanol, capryyl glycol, carbomer, potassium hydroxide, 
sorbic acid.

Warnings
For external use only. Consult a physician before using this product. 
Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or plan on becoming 
pregnant. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. 
Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. If you experience 
irritation, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use and contact a 
licensed health care practitioner.

Where do I put it?

We get that question a lot. but trust us, there's nothing weird or hard about it. Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream into your skin twice daily. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy - whatever you like.

Water (purified), tocopheryl acetate (vit E), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, carthamus tinctorius (hybrid safflower) seed oil, panthenol, glycerin, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, glyceryl stearate, cetyl alcohol, sodium behenoyl lactylate, stearic acid, USP progesterone, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, sorbic acid, carbomer, potassium hydroxide.

What's not in it: No parabens, mineral oil, petroleum or animal anything. And our products are never tested on animals.
