this cream is a great source of phytoestrogens. Our Phytoestrogen Cream 
can be a good companion when it comes to helping maintain balance.

Suggested use
Use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your health 
care practitioner. Dispense cream into palm of hand and rub onto chest, 
abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for 
more than 3 weeks out of the month.

Water, aloe barbadensis leaf juice simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, 
caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetyl esters, sesamum indicum (sesame) seed 
oil, glyceryl stearate, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, sodium 
stearoyl lactylate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, tocopheryl acetate, 
carbomer, xanthan gum potassium hydroxide, butylene glycol, sorbic acid, 
cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) root extract, panax ginseng root 
extract, trifolium pratense (clover) flower extract, citrus aurantium dulcis 
(orange) peel oil.

We get that question a lot. But trust us, there's nothing weird or hard about it. Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream into your skin twice a day. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy - whatever you like.

Water (purified), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetyl esters, sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, glyceryl stearate, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium behenoyl lactylate, stearic acid, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, sorbic acid, tocopheryl acetate (vit E), panax ginseng root extract, cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) root extract, trifolium pratense (clover) flower extract, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) oil, carbomer, xanthan gum, potassium hydroxide.

What's not in it: No parabens, mineral oil, petroleum or animal anything. Our products are never tested on animals.
